On a property located in an oak woodland, with a three-level residence, we developed a plan to take advantage of the privacy of the oak woodland while providing a high number of entertainment options for a growing family. The entrance passes over an intermittent creek which was restored using native grasses and other riparian plants. At mid-level, an infinity edge pool, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen are located at the same level as the great-room and family kitchen. Nestled above all is the hidden spa, carved on the hillside and surrounded by natural stone.
