A small lot, with a great view of Mount Tamalpais in the distance, we procured lot line adjustments and variances to locate the swimming pool closer to the property line. The southern exposure of this property made it especially conducive to a drought tolerant, Mediterranean inspired plant pallet, designed with the challenge of having an active family with children and animals playing out of doors.
