We worked with the original property owner, an art collector with an extensive sculpture collection who asked for a series of outdoor rooms where each art work could have its own place. The extensive view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay also offered a fantastic background to view the art collection from inside the property. Once the property changed hands we were asked to create outdoor rooms for an active family. We took advantage of the views by creating an infinity edge pool and outdoor kitchen in the former sculpture terrace. The materials blend seamlessly between the original project and one completed more than seven years later.
